Product: HP Laptop - 17-by3003ca

The hinge broke on my 17-by3003CA. It acutally started acting up within the warranty period, but I didn't realize it until too late. The laptop has been gathering dust under my desk for over 2 years as the hinge is  now impossible to use. What can I do?
