Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy laptop that I have had for barely 2 years has broken.

When I opened the laptop today there was a loud crack and a small flat screw fell out. Now the screen cannot be moved as this only makes the split bigger and causes the screen to bend further.

I am incredibly disappointed in this as this appears to be a very common issue with these laptops and this was a very costly purchase.

Whilst the laptop is no longer under warranty I would expect repairs to be fully reimbursed for this defect.
