HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

This seems to be a very common issue. I'm looking for support on how to get my HP 2 in 1 laptop left side hinge replaced. I simply opened the laptop and the hinge broke. No pressure or force was required. Now the bottom left side of the touchscreen is open and i have a really hard time closing it. 

 

The laptop was bought in February 2022 but interesting that the warranty info search shows it expired and was started in 2021. How can this happen when i did not receive it until 2/28/22? I would like this to get fixed at a local repair to prevent being without my work laptop.

I understand that the notebook hinge is broken and the warranty is not updated, I am glad to assist you.

Follow the steps mentioned in this document to dispute the warranty:- Click here

Fixing the broken hinge issue might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
