The bottom right side of my laptop is unattached and continues to worsen every time I open and close the laptop. I used to be able to pop it back on but now I cannot. I've never dropped or hit this laptop so I am unsure how this happened, but I've seen many similar problems with similar laptops and it seems to be a design error.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook Hinge is separating from the unit, in order to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
