When I opened my laptop this morning, there was a sudden crack of plastic snapping, the right hinge to my display broke, and a short wide screw fell out. Looking on these boards, it sounds like other people have experienced this issue as well. The warranty expired literally 11 days ago so I wasn't able to figure out how to contact support directly on this, and am just hoping I can get in touch with someone from HP support on here to help me look into this. Thank you.
