Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hinges on my Envy 360 2 in 1 13.3" laptop broke twice.

It's about 2 years old. I have had laptops since they started in black and white screens and never had something like that happened. First time hinges broke it cost me 250 USD for the repair. Three months later, left hinge broke. This time I will try to fix it myself. 

I already bought another laptop. I will never buy another product from HP. 

And they are still trying to sell them to the potential buyers!
