A whole week without a response (6 days not counting the holidays). Always liked HP but after this, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Will also be posting this review and the links, to all other websites that still have this laptop for sale. Have never been so disappointed customer service. Between the long wait times, making you pay for customer support, and planned obsolescence (or at very least poor design) in their laptops, and near robotic responses from the actual support agents it has been utterly ridiculous.
