Broken hinges

Hello! My laptop hinges are both broken. Many pieces of plastic have chipped off of the interior of my laptop, and I think a few screws have also gone missing. I don’t know what to do. My laptop’s exterior is now a mess that can’t stay open properly. I have only had it for close to two years and only use it for school. I am just so upset that my laptop has gotten in such bad shape within a short period of having it. Does anyone know the procedure I could go through to have HP fix it? The warranty is gone, but I would like to know if HP would fix it. I just don’t know what to do, because I don’t want to spend a lot of money trying to fix my laptop.
