I'm not a computer expert but I've been using laptops for many years and hinges seem to be a weak spot for them. I almost never close/open my laptop for that very reason but it still broke. Is there anything you can do so they don't break in the first place? I literally baby it. Anyway, if all else fails I see many YouTube videos with at home DIY solutions to broken hinges.
It's a HP 15-ay196nr Laptop, 15.6" Touchscreen, Intel® Core™ i7 with Windows® 10 Home.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.
