HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

My HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop has worked fairly well for me in the two years I've had it. The warranty expired about a year ago. There's been some minor inconveniences previously with the laptop screen not managing to maintain its upright posture at times, which I initially dismissed as a nonissue until the other day, when, going to open the laptop screen, I heard a startling cracking sound and noticed while trying to close the laptop lid that it was coming undone at the left hinge. Opening the lid back up also revealed that an internal part on the left side of the screen was starting to protrude from it, causing the screen to lay on an uneven plain.

The screen also no longer can hold itself upright in most positions, and I'm laying it down on a flat surface, which exposes the broken hinge and protruding part. It seems like the part's position won't move regardless of the screen's position, which makes me think it might be an issue with a loose screw. Also, I just recently found out that the screen is now cracked in the lower left-hand corner where the internal part is popping out.

I'm just wondering what I would need to do to repair it or where I could go to get it repaired. The HP service center at my local Best Buy was unable to do anything to help at the moment due to supposedly not having the proper resources, so is there anywhere I could take my laptop that would have the proper resources to fix this issue?
