Broken left hinge on HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-dq200 CTO

Hello, we've had our HP x360 laptop for about 3 years (out of warranty) and the left hinge has started to loosen.  We can still use the laptop, but are worried the laptop frame will continue to get worse.  Currently the laptop lower section is separating and the display side is starting to separate.  Any help with replacement part numbers / what's needed to repair would be greatly appreciated.
