Microsoft Windows 11

OK, help please.  Tried calling support and can't get through.

Microsoft spent an hour trying to fix this and gave up, saying it is an issue for HP to fix.

Camera was working, Windows Hello was used to login.  But now the camera app is not working, showing not attached.  I have updated all updates in windows, been to device manager and deleted drivers, reinstalled, been through HP device driver page (all current), and done this multiple times.  I am stuck.

Device manager shows HP True Vision 5MP Camera as working properly.

However, under System Devices there is another listing for HP True Vision 5MP Camera that has an error:  This device cannot start (Code 10).  STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.

Device ACPI\INT3537\0 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem34.inf
