Pavilion TP01-0014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC contains DVD Drive "HLDS DVDRW GUD1N" which is identified in Explorer as "DVD RW Drive (D:)", and I am able to burn files to a DVD+R disc; however, when attempting to burn files to a DVD+R DL (dual-layer) disc, it appears to find the drive but does not begin to burn them.  imgBurn shows the "device capabilities of this drive includes both Read and Write capabilities for both "DVD+R DL" and  "DVD-R DL",    Would appreciate any help in determining how to allow for the burning to Dual-Layer discs!

@Canuck12

I found this spec page for that model drive -- and I see nothing in here that indicates DL  (Dual-Layer) support:  https://www.atlaptopbattery.co.uk/dvd-burners/hl-dt-st-gud1n-dvd-drive.html
