Hello, apparently the Processor (AMD Ryzen 3) of my HP Pavilion 15-cw1012la laptop has been damaged (burned), and someone has told me that it will not be possible to change it because they are integrated into the Motherboard.
It's true? Will not be possible to change my processor?

Hi:
Yes, that is correct.
If the processor is no good you will have to replace the motherboard with part number L46709-601
Or you can install one of the other motherboards that have the onboard AMD graphics adapter without the need to install additional parts such as a different heat sink.

AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor L46710-601
