HP Recommended

I'm trying to buy a hp pavilion plus 14 in Austria with a qwerty keyboard, but this seems to be impossible. I've also tried to find any contact or seller here in Austria, but also this is impossible (contact page is not working). Is there anyone from HP that could contact me and sell me a laptop...
