Buying genuine spare parts

Hi there,

This is my first post here, so apologies if I am missing any key items 🙂

I have an old HP Pavilion x360 15-bk020wm laptop. The keyboard has stopped responding and it appears the keyboard unit has to be replaced.

The part number that I am looking for is 862647-001

Can you suggest what's the best place to find and order this part? I've looked up at HP Parts Store but cannot find this part

Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately it is N/A (normally HP does not stock many replacement parts). You have to use part # to search elsewhere including eBay. Newegg sells it for around 16 dollars
