Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I have a dual boot system windows and Ubuntu.

 

When I shutdown from Ubuntu (i make sure power indicator is off), there is buzzing sound in around touchpad area. And when I remove the battery, the buzzing sound is gone. (Im using Ubuntu 22.04 and kernel 5.19).

 

Then I try shut down from windows, there's no buzzing sound and work normally(without remove battery) 

 

What happens when I use Ubuntu not shutdown normally, any solutions?
