Pavilion dv6 - 1100sv
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello ! I have the BIOS version F33 on my HP Pavilion dv6 1100sv . I want to downgrade to the BIOS version F12 .
Ι already do this one time , when i got the BIOS version F46 but my laptop was extremly slow with CPU 100% .
Now on F33 is almost the same with F46 . I cant find in HP site , because the oldest one for my laptop is F33 .
Please help to find F12 , or even if anyone knows the name of F12 version for example sp45636 , or somethink like that and I'll find it !

@Chris_Het,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As you have mentioned the oldest BIOS version available for your computer is F.33.

I recommend you perform a system test on the computer as you have mentioned that the CPU usage is always at 100% to make sure that there are no hardware issues on the computer.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system test.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
