HP ProBook 655 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

Hi there!

Bought my HP Notebook second hand and when i went threw the laptop i found out tha the CD Rom driver is missing from the bios and it doesn't recognize it. Whent by HP support but to install the driver and can't find it anywhere.

Hello @RubioPT 
If your model came with a physical CD/DVD drive, it does not need a separate driver to work. On this model the CD drive, is located on the left side of the PC. If present but installed disks are not getting read, it is most likely a hardware problem.

You could consider getting an external USB CD/DVD drive as an effective alternative. Hope this helps!
