The specs of your machine is

             https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04956608

Manual

            http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04925076.pdf

It uses 3-cell, 64.5 Wh Li-ion battery which matches with part # 831731-850 as shown on page 15 of the manual. Which is N/A from HP.

          https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=831731-850

You have to use part # and search elsewhere, including eBay.

Regards.

No, primary error 601 is actually its main battery. Where did you get 7265NGW from ? Actually your machine does NOT have RTC or CMOS battery.

Normally you have to change the battery inside. Again, where did you get 831758-005? It is an invalid number

Hi BH,

so, finaly i have to change the main "PG03XL" main batterie, right?

Why i got this message? The batterie is 10% loaded, and i still can work 2 hours without a power plug. So for me the batterei looks still good.

I bought the notebook 7265NGW in 2016, directly from HP Germany.

Please can you tell me the correct order number.

I number which i mentioned is written on the original batterie. See pictures:
