Product: Pavilion x360

I want to know the location of CMOS jumper on a hp pavilion x360 laptop model 11m-ad113dx. I could not locate the CMOS battery as well.

Please help!!!

Laptops generally do not have CMOS jumpers, like desktops, because shorting the CMOS connections does not reset the BIOS, as it does in desktops.

Hi,

There is no CMOS jumper and no CMOS battery. In modern laptops where the battery is integrated usually there is no longer an RTC battery (CMOS) as the integrated battery will provide the little power needed.

If you need to remove the BIOS password, you will need to contact HP directly or a HP service center.
