Hi Good Day,
i tried to install the bluetooth driver to my Laptop by stating the Serial Number of it.
Tried to download the designated bluetooth from HP Website, after it was installed I tried to use it but its not working and i can't find the bluetooth.
Can you please help me by sharing the proper Bluetooth Driver and Software that is similar and comes up with the pre-installed bluetooth to my laptop.
Here's my Laptop -
HP Pavilion dm1-3113se Entertainment Notebook PC.
Many thanks.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what you have to do to resolve that problem.
There is a different driver you can try for that device.
Maybe this one will work better.

Hi:
What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
Normally you install the same model bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook has.
If you don't know the model wifi adapter your notebook has, go the the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hello,
I saw the model its Ralink RT 5390 for the Wi-Fi, but i'm looking for the bluetooth, is it the same as the wi-fi adapter for the bluetooth?
i have only bluetooth generic adapter without the brand name in the device manager.
i've attached the screenshot for my device manager.

Hi:
This should be the bluetooth driver for the model wifi card your notebook has.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth and High-Speed (HS) Adapter in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
