Product: HP 14-fq0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My CPU is at 100% when playing Roblox and I can't move the character in the game and PC freezes.  I want to upgrade the CPU and understand on the model HP14-fq0013dx the CPU is build in the Motherboard.  How can I find the Motherboard part numbers that are compatible?  I read the manual and did not find them.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to upgrade the CPU on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Refer to the below service guide and refer to page 42 for the motherboard part numbers and the CPU information.
