Hello, my laptop has been running a bit slowly on high graphics games. Is there a way to change the CPU and GPU without replacing the motherboard

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change those things.

 

Your Intel CPU is soldered to the system board, and your onboard graphics (integrated GPU) is integrated into the CPU.
