Hi There,

 

Mu name is Patricia and I am writing on behalf of Modec.

We have a laptop (Serial number [Personal Information Removed]) the CPU is getting hot. above 76  degrees.

When I check that, I was only installing Office 365 and even after that it kept the same temperature.

I can hear the fan making a lot of noise and the computer is quite slow.

As the computer is still under warranty, how should we proceed?
