@valiokei

The best would be Turion Ultra ZM86 2.40-GHz

Here's the Service Manual:

AMD Turion™ Ultra Dual-Core 35W ZM-86 2.40-GHz with 2-MB L2 cache is the best compatible processor. This is a minor upgrade. You will be able to find the processor for cheap. Installation will be a bit of a chore. I question whether the upgrade would be worth the effort but it can certsainly be done. It would be a drop-in replacement.

Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.

thanks so much

i've another question: if i change my amd motherbord to intel montherboard can i have a considerable performance improve? ( with a intel compatible CPU)?

If yes, can you suggest me  the best cpu and MB model for hp dv7-1110el ?

HP Recommended

It is not a project I would advise. Yes, Intel would perform a little better but AMD or Intel the system is hopelessly obsolete.

You should be thinking in terms of a different laptop. For the cost of these upgrade parts you could likely find a good used laptop running an Intel Core 3rd or 4th gen CPU with DDR3 memory and a more current video solution.

I know the performance and the price is not a problem, it is an affective and personal question. So do you know where buy a intel MB ? Ebay it is an option? And more important do could you say me the intel Mobo model??

Thank you very much
