Hello,
Is it possible to upgrade the CPU and GPU of my notebook? Or do I have to buy a completely new system board and if so which one?

Hello,

 

most CPUs and GPUs are soldered. If you are good at electrical engineering, you can do it yourself.

 

My advice you. Buy a faster system than go through the hassle.
