Unfortunately, your notebook has its processor soldered onto the system board.
It is not upgradeable.
Reference source: The Maintenence & service guide for your notebook on page 1.

Some "moderators" on this forum might tell you to never post the serial-number of your computer.
Anyway, from: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04763947
"HP 15 Notebook PC -- Maintenance and Service Guide",
scroll-down to page 52, to get a _long_ list of supported CPUs.
It seems that you need to order a replacement motherboard to change the CPU.
you probably have: 2.16GHz Intel Pentium N3540 Processor with turbo boost up to 2.66GHz Quad Core
So, how much "faster" do you think that you need to go?

Since your hardware is different from the hardware cited by the author of this question, you should have started a new question.
Anyway, see: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04576750
which is "HP 15-r250TU Notebook PC Product Specifications"
that cites "2.16 GHz, up to 2.66 GHz Intel Pentium N3540 with Intel HD Graphics".
However, changing a processor in a notebook computer should be done by a professional computer technician.
Going from 2.16 to 2.66 adds only 0.50 Ghz, namely about a 30% boost.
So, are you ready to spend money on a technician, and on a new processor, for that small a boost?
Measure, measure, measure. How often does the Windows "Task Manager" show that your current processor is running at 100%? Is it the "bottle-neck" for performance? If not, then a faster processor will not be noticed.
Probably, upgrading to a SSD (Solid State Disk) will give you a better upgrade, for less of your money.
