The memory is soldered.
Micron must make the memory chips that are soldered to the motherboard.
The product specs I posted indicate the memory is onboard. Onboard = soldered to the motherboard.
Here's the service manual for the original model series which is the only one that exists as HP does not update the manuals as newer models in the series that are introduced to market.
Look at chapter 3 of the manual. There are no memory part numbers.
There are motherboard part numbers that come configured with different amounts of memory.
Look at chapter 5.
You will find no procedure to remove or replace a memory chip.
You will be hard pressed to find any newer 13" notebook from any PC manufacturer that has removable memory.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.
HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw2690nd Product Specifications | HP® Support
The processor, graphics and memory are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
HP doesn't have a service manual for the 13-aw2xxx model series so no one would know what other motherboards/part numbers you could install.
Not to mention it would be cheaper to buy a notebook with the components you want than to upgrade the motherboard in yours.

How about that the HP Support Assistant found this:
