Good day.

It is written in the specification about CPU "2.6 GHz base clock, up to 3 GHz max boost clock". But it is not clear how to make it.

Please provide me some information, how to increase CPU speed up to 3 GHz?

No over clocking option on your machine, you can use the back door BUT  Increasing the CPU's speed, also increases the amount of heat it generates. Your computer can easily overheat and shut down. In many cases, it can permanently damage your computer.
