Yes both fans are working completely fine.

Same here, I don't know what else I can do to repair this.

Since the temperature problems were not solved by cleaning and re-pasting, it is possible that there could be a problem with the mounting pressure of the heatsink, or the operation of the fan, among others. I suggest to contact HP support and visit authorized service center for the inspection of the cooling system, particularly fan RPM and heatsink pressure.

If the laptop is still under warranty, HP should repair the issue free of charge. If it is out of warranty, ask for a repair estimate first and proceed only if the cost is reasonable for the identified fault. In some cases, especially if a motherboard-level repair is required, the repair cost may not be worth it, so it is best to decide carefully.

You can locate the nearest HP service center using our Service Center Locator:

Call before visit, ask for required documents, etc. Rake the video of current condition of working laptop at service center before giving it for diagnosis to avoid any issue that is not caused by you.
