Replacing the fan (item 9) is difficult and there might not be a better one available.
(1) Use compress air to clean the system. Look for vent holes on both sides and back and try blowing out the dust.
(2) With system running and overheating feel for air flowing out the exhaust vent. There needs to be a noticeable air flow. If you raise the laptop near your ear you should hear the fan spinning and feel the heat.
(3) Bring up the power plan setting and make sure the maximum processor speed is %99 and the minimum is %5
set the above for both battery and plugged in. Setting %99 forces the CPU out of turbo mode. If you run in turbo mode all the time you will quickly overheat the laptop
If you suspect the fan is not spinning then check your warranty
