Product: HP OMEN Laptop

HP OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0021tx is the laptop I am using. Anyway to find replacement of fans in Malaysia? CPU fan not working and want to get it replaced, are there any places which can help in replacement of the cpu fan. Please help.

The specifications show your Omen has an Intel® Core™ i7-10750H processor installed, but it does not show whether your laptop has discrete graphic, or uses the on-chip processor graphics.

 

The Maintenance & Service guide does not go into enough detail either.

How is your laptop configured for graphics?

The type of graphics will be the determining factor in finding the proper replacement fan for chipset and graphics.

 

From the Maintenance & Service guide

Fans (includes left and right fans)

For use in models with GeForce GTX 1660, 1660Ti, and RTX graphics cards L98737-001

For use in models with GeForce GTX 1650, 1650Ti graphics cards                   L98738-001

 

I suggest searching with the "HP+ part number" as the keywords in a search engine for the fans that match your installed graphics solution.

 

Finding a repair shop regional to you will be your own responsibility.
