Hi! I have replaced my old I3-330m CPU with an I5-560m. I cleaned the fan, the heatsink and applied thermal grease as well. Now my laptop won't boot. What might be the problem?

Manual:
The i5-560m is supported. Did you turn the processor locking screw back to the fully locked position when you installed it?
See p. 84 of the Manual. Where did you get the i5? Did you examine it carefully for bent pins? Processors are the one single item I have the most trouble buying in the used market. A dead one does not look any different than a good one and I would say a good 10%-20% of the ones I buy need replacement.
