Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day everyone,

I'm experiencing the problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop. When I plugged in the charger the CPU speed locked at 0.4 GHZ speed. When using battery everything works fine and speed is back to normal. I'm using original HP charger which comes with a laptop. I tried to reinstall the Windows, update the drivers and install latest BIOS but the issue still remains. Anyone have experienced this issue before and have any solutions?

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3550H

Thank you in advance!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the CPU is stuck at 0.4GHz when the charger is connected.
