The supported processors can be found in chapter 1.

 

If your notebook currently has a dual core processor, and you want to install one of the quad core processors, you will also need to find and buy the heatsink required for the notebooks with quad core processors that is listed in chapter 3.

 

For use only with Intel Core i7, 45-W processors    HP part # 630791-001
