Product: HP Pavilion G6-1331se Notebook PC Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

Hello, so I have recently get a Pavilion G6 that I really want to upgrade the CPU on, but I am aware with laptops that the chipsets are usually pretty picky on what they like. I have already taken the laptop apart, so I'm not sure of all the specs, but here's roughly what I know and I hope it can determine what's compatible:

 

Model: G6-1331se

CPU: intel(r) core(tm) i5-2450m cpu @ 2.50ghz 2.50 ghz, update to good one

RAM: Was 6gb, upgraded to 16gb 

OS: Was windows 7, upgraded to windows 10

Looks like the best one you can install would be the Intel® Core™ i7-2620M processor.
