I just want to know whether or not I will be able to upgrade my CPU. This CPU is actually very slow for rendering, gaming, etc for my activities. It also has a very low score at all CPU benchmarks and I can upgrade this for a mere 10000 Rupees or something close to that and get over 200% the performance I am getting, however I have been reading that a lot of these companies solder their CPUs and that denies any upgrades that somebody wants to do. For reference I have done all of the windows tweaks and settings I can change to squeeze every last drop of performance out of this laptop however it still is not enough, it only helped a little bit and only changing the hardware can help me at this stage now.

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that comes with a better processor.
It would probably cost you less money to buy a new notebook with a better processor than to upgrade the motherboard in yours.

I recently just had a talk with the HP customer service and they state that the CPU can be changed but you have to go to the verified HP shops since you need expensive equipment to change CPUs in laptops. However thank you for your reply.

You're very welcome.
You will find out the hard way if you try and upgrade the processor alone.
You need to replace the motherboard.
Either way, it will cost you more money to do that than to buy a new notebook.
