Good day. I boaght a Notebook 15 ay0008ni.

The pc was slow, thus Ive pugraded the ram fro 4GB to 8GB and the hard drive from 250GB to a 1TB. But I stil have problems with running Games and recording software simutaniously.

The only thing I can think of to do next is to upgrade the CPU from intel celeron duel core to a AMD Ryzon 3 or 5 alternatively intel i3 or i5.

I dont mind stripping the whole pc to get to the processor once I have purchased the new one but need to know before I buy.

As I have just started as a content creator funds are a bit low.

Please help.

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

Also, if you want to install a motherboard with a better processor, you will also have to buy the fan and heatsink that would be needed for the motherboard since notebooks with the Celeron processors have no fans.

I suggest you sell or trade in your notebook and buy one that comes with a better processor, even if it is a used 15-ay notebook that comes with a better processor because it will cost you more money to make those extensive modifications to your notebook than to buy a different one.
