CS1000TX upgrade

I have purchased HP PAV CS1000TX 15 months ago. This laptop has some good configuration but still it is not performing upto the configuration. Few months ago I ran into display issue and i got it fixed by HP team. I feel this is a defective piece.

I would like to upgrade to another Laptop. how can i upgrade ? I am ok to pay little amount for upgrade.

@Ananth_123456 Perhaps, you can tell us what the issue is about? so we can help resolve the issue?

Also, if you've done any steps to fix it, do elaborate on it, so we don't have to repeat any of those steps.

 

And when you say upgrade, are you referring to upgrade certain parts or changing the laptop with another?

Please elaborate.

Hi ,

 

Currently the problem is system performance, it is performing dead slow. This laptop is 8gb ram, i5 8th gen configured laptop however it behaves like 2 gb ram laptop.  I have uninstalled any unused software in my laptop to see the performance but still it hangs while doing any activity.  Also, earlier i was having issues with my wifi connection and display issues which got fixed by hp team. Unfortunately my warranty got expired couple of months ago. I need to do work from home and my laptop is hanging multiple times while performing any activity.  Even opening a chome browser is also hanging. If possible i want to upgrade my laptop to better performing one. Or at least i want to change certain parts like ram, processor and hard disk to ssd. 

 

Please help me to fulfill my job. Looking forward for your help.

you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
