Good evening,

I would like to replace the dvd player with a HDD SSD Caddy but I cannot find the part number if available from HP.

If so what is this number?

I don't think HP markets that find of adapter. You have to buy from third party manufacturers. There are many around, please note: page 2 of the manual says thickness of the ODD on HP 15-k2xx series is 9.5mm.
