HP Notebook - 15q-dy0004au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there

Currently my laptop does not have any SSD and I wish to upgrade to SSD for faster performance. However, while buying caddy for it I'm confused as to which size of caddy should I purchase for my laptop. Can somebody help me. My laptop is HP Notebook - 15q-dy0004au.

Many thanks

You do not need a caddy. There is a slot on the motherboard for an M.2 SSD and it will only require one screw to fix it in place and the screw is likely already there. If you are thinking of an SSD in a DVD/optical caddy that is NOT the way to go. Post back for specific details of how to proceed, if you wish.
