Hi,

Recently I bought new battery for HP Pavilion Gaming laptop. Battery is working fine, but in HP Support Assistant I have an notification that calibration of battery is needed. I have done all steps they say for calibrating but there is no change. "Calibration needed" is still there. How can I fix that, or any other method for calibrating battery.

I see that you are facing battery-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

May I know from where did you purchase the battery?

 

Could you tell me the reason you replaced the battery? Were you facing any issues with it?
