Hello all, I new to this so bear with.
The laptop HP support assistant say I need to calibrate my battery. However on trying the standard basics that HP directs you through and online research, shutting down then restarting laptop hitting F2 to then run a diagnostics to check and calibration.
Neither of these work, and the latter supposed fix says its not supported on this device.
Is this a case of a new battery??
My warranty ran out in Feb.
Appreciate any guidance or help.
Thanks Mark
