Camara en blanco y negro

Tengo un portatil HP Probook 6470b y la camara se activa en blanco y negro para todas las aplicaciones, entes funcionaba bien

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your feedback, I'll take in mind for following posts. I could fix my problem with webcam. The webcam always appeared in black and white, it didn't show color. Following was the procedure applied in case someone requires:

1.- Uninstall webcam controller.

2.- Reboot my PC

Once reboot done, webcam was recognized automaticaly and started to work fine.
