HP Compaq nc6400 Base Model Notebook PC

Hola. Quiero cambiar las dos memorias a mi hp compaq nc 6400, pasando de 2gb a 4 gb. El caso es que retiro la tapa de la memoria y solo aparece una de 1 gb ... ¿dónde se encuentra en la otra? Si retiro de que veo y pongo la nueva de 2gb, el sistema me dice que tengo 3 gb .... Sé que puede parecer absurdo (pido disculpas ) pero no sé dónde localizar a otra memoria de 1 gb

Hi:

 

I once had a nc6400 (loved it) and you will find the other memory chip under the keyboard (which is the primary memory module).

 

See chapter 5.12 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info:  It's called the 'internal memory module.'
