Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13z-ay000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

There was a software update on my laptop a few days ago. I just discovered that the HP pen I bought with the laptop is no longer compatible with my device. Also, when I try to use the camera, I get an error message (0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>. I tried searching the Device Manager for Imaging or Camera driver and there was nothing there. I don't know what to do about it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

first of all you should read the following instructions about recovery:

 

HP PCs - Software recovery options (Windows 11 and Windows 10)

Consider exactly at which point in time the error occurred and then proceed with the Windows Restore Process before this point in time (date).

 

Good thing: You will not loose you personal data files/documents in your Userprofile !
