Camera doesn't work

Hey I already did all the steps to diagnose. camera settings. From what I gathered from the hp support community, there is a faulty bios update. I need this file to fix my issue. "Realtek_CamFWUpdateTool_HP_CKFIH21.exe" Thank You!
