Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268U3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I bought the HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268U3AV) at Costco Canada in February, 2022 and it still has 7 months of warranty. It runs with Win 11.

Since then, I never try using the camera until now. I figured that my camera got something covered the camera lens so that my camera screen showed black every time I want to take pictures or using video call.

I also tried to update all recommended drivers that HP tells me and I also tried to update driver for the camera too. Other than that, I checked the Camera Shutter Key but the screen still is black regardless the shutter keys is on/off.

Besides, I called Microsoft Technical Support and they tell me the problem may come from the camera lens. 

So, How can I meet a technical support in person to check the camera lens, pls advise me and I really appreciated so much. Thanks you
