Product: HP Notebook - 15-db1069au

I opened my laptop camera after along time that is yesterday. Unfortunately I observed that it's not working and showing camera not found with an error code 0xA00F4244<NoCameraAreAttached>. I tried many ways to solve it, I took the help From Microsoft customer support they did that re instaalled windows OS again but still it not solved!. again I checked in device manager to update drivers, but no drivers are there regarding Camera or imagining devices . But there I observed that one USB port was failed in update. So finally my problem still remains as problem will you please help me to solve it it.
